At El Grupo Vida, we believe that no family should walk the journey of disability alone. Our VIDA Family Support program was created by families, for families — to provide a safe, understanding, and bilingual environment where every story matters and every voice is valued.

Through Community Navigation, our Stability Support Team, and Transition and Disability Benefits assistance, we support parents, siblings, and caregivers in understanding systems and accessing essential services. Families receive information, referrals, and hands-on guidance related to healthcare, education, employment, housing, and public benefits.
